08:00 Depart Bangkok to Nakorn Pathom Province. First, stop at Morning Market
to choose some ingredients and vegetables for lunch cooking and then
driving through the green belt of Bangkok.
09:00 Passing rice fields,Lotus ponds and much more, make a short stop at
farmers house to see the processing of making brown sugar made from
coconut sap. Next take a traditional Thai boat sculling along the Nakorn
Chaisri River.
10:30 Enjoy walking through the 170 years old Thai - Chinese settlement at Baan
Lumphaya, then comes to the highlight of the tour and enjoy your first hand
experience of cooking Thai food at the garden house.There are 4 different
menus : Thai Fried Rice Noodles, Green Curry with Chicken, Spicy Prawn
(Shrimp) Soup and Marinated Chicken (or pork) wrapped with Pandanus
Leaves (Kai Bai Toey)
12:00 Lunch, fruits, tea, coffee and water will be served.
13:00 Visit the wickerwork village to see the traditional methods of making the
products by water hyacinth.
14:00 Then finishing the tour by visiting Orchid farm to learn how they grow orchid.
